OC Comprehensive Care is a Corporation, it was established in 2011 and is situated in 515 Cabrillo Park Drive Suite 120, Santa Ana, CA 92701.
Our care team has all the rights, privileges, and authority as prescribed by State of California Department of Public Health in operating the business with its fictitious names such as The Medical Care Center, Open Care Medical Center, One Care Medical Center, OC Comprehensive Care, OC Comprehensive Care Clinic, and OC Comprehensive Care Center.
OC Comprehensive Care does not limit its offering of services or programs to various Medical needs of the community in Orange County; it, likewise serves patients mostly from California and outside of California, U.S.A.

Visiting OC Comprehensive Care is simple and stress free. No insurance hassles or headaches to think about and zero pre-authorization problems. Because we do not contract with insurance, you can count on straightforward, transparent care without delays. For your convenience, we accept cash, all major credit cards, and secure contactless payment options.

We are HIPAA compliant! Respecting your privacy and keeping your medical records secure and intact is always our concern, and will always be upheld and observed in serving you. The Doctors and providers in OCCC take as much time as necessary to assess your needs and provide you with medical advice with recommended treatment. They are most willing and eager to answer your medical concerns.

You absolutely need not to be nervous! OC Comprehensive Care offers and provides various medical programs and services that cater to the needs of its Patients.These services or programs are all in-house offerings. However, if patients request home service, such can be done through prior arrangements or appointments for at least two (2) weeks to schedule the availability of the Registered Nurse (RN) and the machine. It is important to mention that in OC Comprehensive Care, if a patient has more than one medical concern, such will be billed separately.
In OC Comprehensive Care, Doctors accommodate Minor Patients with medical issues provided that they are with their parent or legal guardian to sign necessary medical or internal office forms during their visits. Also, parent or a legal guardian should be with the minor during the consultation and they can ask questions in behalf of the minor patient.

LANI DELA NOCHE, FNP
With over 40 years of nursing experience, Lani Dela Noche has cared for patients across a wide range of specialties. Her extensive background in emergency and trauma response has earned her a reputation for calm leadership, quick decision-making, and compassionate, lifesaving care in the most demanding situations.
In addition to her acute-care work, Lani is a skilled aesthetic injector, blending clinical precision with an artistic eye to help patients enhance their natural beauty and feel more confident.
Deeply committed to service, she also provides free medical care and health consultations to underserved communities, ensuring access to compassionate attention regardless of financial barriers.
Lani’s career is defined by passion, integrity, and dedication whether saving lives in critical settings or empowering patients through aesthetics, her mission is always to make a meaningful difference.

KATIE NGUYEN, FNP-BC
Katie Nguyen is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience. Certified by both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), she also holds advanced training in Peptide Therapy.
Specializing in functional medicine, Katie takes a holistic and patient-centered approach, focusing on prevention, root-cause treatment, and individualized care plans. Her goal is to help patients achieve optimal health by addressing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and lifestyle.
Known for her compassionate and attentive care, Katie builds strong relationships with her patients, guiding them toward long-term wellness. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys exercise, dancing, yoga, martial arts, and gardening, which reflect her commitment to balanced living.
